quiet room and great location
quiet room helpful staff included breakfast
i stayed in a room on the 01 line. it was next to the stairs. the room was very quiet because the window faced an interior light well. the location was great with an easy walk to the metro. breakfast was included. the front desk staff was helpful.
the corridors seemed a bit old and the carpets were quite dirty.

I found the breakfast selection quite basic. Items like bread for toast and brie were often unavailable. Housekeeping staff frequently passed through the breakfast area with cleaning trolleys and dirty linen carts. This disruption was noticeable and detracted from the overall breakfast experience.

helpful staff reception service noise disruption early work
The staff were helpful and reception services were useful.
I was disappointed by the noise. Occupants above scraped chairs noisily until early hours and builders started work below very early. the hotel did not advise me of this disruption, i found that unreasonable.

excellent experience in the latin quarter
great location comfortable room
The location is fantastic. It is close to many restaurants and lively areas. the room had a good paris size. It was both nice and neat, meeting my expectations. i found the staff to be lovely and very accommodating during my entire stay.
I found that the bar was not open at any time, despite the website indicating its operation. i expected to be able to enjoy a drink at the hotel after a long day.
