the staff was very helpful and friendly, readily available at the front desk. i found the location convenient. gare de lyon train station was less than a ten-minute walk away, simplifying my travel. amazing restaurants were very close, and i enjoyed the buzz of the bastille area.
the room was well-decorated but somewhat small.

lina at reception was super friendly and helpful. the hotel feels very cosy i also found its location near seine attractions very nice. the bed and pillows offered a wonderful night's rest the breakfast also included delicious local dairy products a nice surprise.
the hotel's climate control system was centralized i couldn't adjust the room temperature to my preference it was a minor inconvenience i hope can be improved.

our superior double room with queen bed was spacious enough it included all necessary facilities. the cleanliness of the room was amazing and the provided toiletries were of excellent quality. there was also a nespresso machine for coffee lovers

the location of the hotel is advantageous especially if you plan to use public transport. the hotel is very close to gare de lyon and that provides easy metro access. many boulangeries and restaurants surround the area

The hotel is very close to Gare de Lyon. This made it easy before and after train travel. It is a basic hotel, but it is nicely furnished. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated that.
I experienced a heavy smell of damp in the room. The partition wall from the bathroom was damped and repainted. The bathroom was also tiny, a bit uncomfortable for me.
