My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. While the initial room had a bug issue and a faulty AC, the replacement room was smaller but had a cozy bed and a lovely balcony. The quirky and excellent ambiance added charm to my experience. The hotel's central location near archaeological sites in Kato Paphos was a major advantage, although the poor exchange rate on site was a downside. The breakfast was subpar, but the Bali massage offered was a pleasant surprise for relaxation.

Despite the bug infestation and AC issues in the first room, the replacement room was smaller but had a comfortable bed and a nice balcony.

The breakfast options were simple and could use more variety daily. However, the dining experience overall was lovely with good choices.

I stayed at the hotel and found it to be a mixed experience. The rooms were comfortable but a bit shabby, and unfortunately, they weren't cleaned daily. The beds were quite hard, and the small balcony offered a view only of trees. I complained about these issues but got no resolution. The food was subpar, often served cold with limited options for breakfast. On the positive side, the hotel had amazing flowers throughout the property.

The rooms were comfortable but a bit shabby, and they weren't cleaned daily. The beds were hard and uncomfortable, and the small balcony lacked light and had a view of only trees.
Service
7.0
The service was a mixed bag. Although I found them helpful, I was forced to sign a blank bill even when I didn't order anything to drink. The staff seemed a bit confused at times but were generally friendly and willing to assist.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location was excellent, within walking distance of the harbour and all the main archaeological sites. It was also close to great shopping and restaurants, making it very central and convenient for exploration.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience left much to be desired. The food was often cold, with limited options for breakfast. It was disappointing to find no tomatoes for the English breakfast and fried eggs only every other day.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were lacking in some areas, with the dining experience being subpar. However, the hotel had an excellent location and proximity to key attractions and shopping areas.

The hotel is a great location for accessing archaeological sites and has a room layout that's perfect for families, although it can get noisy early in the morning with staff moving sun beds. The outside charm is a plus but it can feel crowded at times.

Rooms
8.0
The room arrangement was fantastic for families with kids having their own space within the room. However, the early morning noise from staff moving sun beds around affected my sleep. The view of the pool was nice.
Service
7.0
The service was kind and helpful overall, but the lack of greetings during breakfast was a downside. Although there were some language barriers and a slow check-in process due to missing booking information, the staff was still nice and helpful.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location is very convenient with good amenities nearby such as restaurants, bakeries, and car rentals. It's a great value for accessing archaeological sites, the harbor, the sea, and shopping.
Dining
6.0
The dining experience was average with continental options, but the hot food was often cold. An improvement in offering more hot food varieties could enhance the dining experience, although it was sufficient for a daily meal. The seasoned fries were a highlight.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel offers good facilities overall, with clean and comfortable rooms, and the pool area seemed nice. Some improvements in noise management in the early hours could enhance the overall experience.

I was thrilled with the hotel's fantastic location, near historical sites and the seaside in Paphos. The rooms were spacious, with a great view. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the weak English level did affect the check-in process. The dining experience had some ups and downs, with a good selection but some cold hot food. Overall, a convenient stay with some room for improvement.

Rooms

My room overlooked the pool and terrace, which felt fab and spacious. The kids even had their own room within ours, making it feel even bigger.
Service
7.0
The staff, especially Enri at the reception, took the time to show me how the air conditioning worked. They were excellent, though the weak English level affected some aspects of service.
Location

The hotel's location is very convenient, near the harbor and mall, with access to Lighthouse Beach. There are great restaurants, bakeries, and stores close by.
Dining

The dining experience had its highs and lows; while the food was good overall, some hot dishes were served cold. The world-famous seasoned fries stood out.
Facilities

The hotel had great amenities and was clean overall. However, there were some issues with the check-in process due to missing booking information.
