The staff was very friendly and helpful, they answered quickly. My room was spacious and very comfortable, I slept well every night. I really liked the location of the hotel, it was easy to walk to many attractions.

I thought the staff was super kind. They welcomed us with a free drink which was exciting! The room was clean and comfy. It had everything we needed for a short trip. I was happy Wi-Fi and Pay TV were included in the price. That was a nice bonus.

I found the air conditioning in heating mode did not work well. The bathroom had a return odor from the pipes! I think the shampoo dispenser was broken and the shower box door had a defect.

I found the staff to be super helpful. They were always available! the room was cleaned daily, and i really liked that the entire hotel was very clean. breakfast had a good selection, so i could find everything i wanted. the location felt perfect for accessing the metro and trying local restaurants.

The tv remote was a bit temperamental. Sometimes it didn't respond right away!
