I appreciated the hotel's cleanliness and its proximity to the Gasometer metro station. Front desk personnel were always kind and supportive, offering a smile whenever needed. The housekeeping team ensured the rooms and floors were super clean. Their attention to detail was excellent. The beds were very comfortable.
During summer , a refrigerator is essential , and its absence was felt.

The room was very clean and newly designed , with an open-plan bathroom with the toilet behind a door. This design created a spacious feel , with a good overall layout that enhanced the comfort. A magnifying mirror was included in the bathroom , which I found very useful.

The room was perfectly clean with a minimalistic design. Breakfast was AMAZING! It offered a wide variety of options. The hotel's proximity to the Gasometer makes it perfect for concert goers (me!). It is also a short U-Bahn ride to the city center.
The airport shuttle advertised was non-existent. The hotel staff called a cab. I ended up paying a hefty fare.

The hotel is very close to the concert venue. It took only a few minutes to walk there. The metro station is also conveniently located nearby. It made traveling to the city center easy. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful.
I noticed that the room had some dust. I also found some socks, which someone had left behind. The beds were uncomfortable. They creaked with every movement.

The bathroom didn't have a door. There was only a door on the toilet. I believe some privacy is required. The location felt quite far from the main part of the city. The metro was reliable though.
