the hotel is near central attractions , about a ten-minute walk. the room had many tv channels , even sports. staff members were helpful and friendly , i liked that.
the hotel layout was a little strange , it took me a while to find the gym. the sauna was off when they had indicated it would be on.

there was a nice breakfast , it offered a wide range of food and good coffee. the hotel restaurant felt average and overpriced with slow service , so i decided to eat out.

the gym was more hidden than i expect. i walked around for ages trying to find it and the sauna was off at a certain time. the staff seemed overly friendly if i be honest. i did expect a 'have a good day' but i didn't get it. the restaurant was over priced too and slow.

the hotel offers a very convenient location. i was only a short walk from the opera house and the sachertorte. the staff gave perfect recommendations and easily reserved train tickets for me. the staff also accommodated some special requests i made.
the breakfast was a bit basic, but still adequate for a short stay.

the hotel boasts a recent renovation presenting modern decor throughout the property. a lovely outdoor square with a fountain sits just outside the hotel. resselpark and karlsplatz are merely a two-minute walk away.

breakfast offers great convenience with extremely warm and helpful staff. i especially appreciate the attention from anna maria at the restaurant. this helped ensure a lovely start to my days.

the breakfast was ok. they had several types of bread.
The gym situation really annoyed me. i went there at 7 am but the sauna wasn't on even though they told me it would be. also, the hotel has a weird layout. I walked around for ages searching the gym.
