During my stay at the hotel over Christmas time, I found the rooms to be fair sized with all the modern conveniences, which was great for my family. The service was attentive and pleasant, although only one staff member understood English. The location near Avenida Paulista was excellent with convenient access to useful stores and amenities. The dining experience had a poor selection of hot food but was redeemed by a varied and plentiful buffet. Overall, a cozy stay with a mix of highlights and limitations.
