the staff was wonderful. johan, gerhard, and everyone else offered very nice service. the views throughout the hotel were amazing. little touches, like evening canapés and cake.
i didn't get a late checkout, even though it was offered for an additional fee.

the staff were helpful. breakfast was a good start to the day. it had fresh fruit and homemade yogurt. i stayed for two nights.
i found there was no spa. there was also no fitness area available. there isn't a restaurant, this was not ideal.

the staff was attentive, ensuring all needs were met promptly. breakfast offered fresh juice and homemade bread daily. i found the infinity pool an amazing place for a refreshing morning dip, before starting my day. i enjoyed the attention to detail throughout my stay.

The breakfast had good food and plenty of choice.
I asked for a late checkout early in my vacation, but I got no response. Then two days before leaving, I was told they probably wouldn't offer the same room. Checkout was at 11 AM. At 9:45 AM, I received a message, no room was free and I had to leave in about 1 hour! They offered storage for my luggage. It was a spot behind the entrance area couch. Seriously?
