good size room comfortable room poor wifi unhelpful reception
the room was a good size and it was comfortable. the breakfast buffet included a good selection. catering staff was also pleasant and helpful (i was really grateful for their assistance).
The room had very poor wifi. i stayed several nights and i requested to change the room. the reception did not accommodate my request. That was frustrating.

good flavor convenient laundry unfriendly staff high temperature
the location is great, it is near trams. it is also fairly convenient for laundry services. breakfast had many options. the flavor was good too.
the room was too warm, i could not control the temperature. not all the staff were friendly, one of us felt sick in the hall and nobody cared to help. i felt bad about that

rich variety clean room
The breakfast had a fresh, rich variety (it was really delicious). The room was very super clean and cozy. I liked the hotel's location very much. It's close to the city center, and everything a tourist needs is nearby.
