a really WONDERFUL stay!

i was so excited about my superior double room. it was large and very clean, exactly what i needed after traveling. the ac worked really well, a plus! i also really appreciated how helpful and polite the staff was upon check-in.
the complimentary champagnes were nice, but i would have preferred another option for a welcome drink. i don't drink alcohol, so i couldn't partake, a little disappointing.

this hotel's location is fantastic! it is a short walk to many restaurants, bars, and sights. we didn't need public transportation, so we walked everywhere, super convenient.

the room was wonderfully sized and well-kept. the toilets were clean and spacious, always a plus in my book. there were plenty of storage cupboards, including hangars, and a lock-box was available for secure documents.

I found the staff very helpful. They quickly provided advice about transportation options. The daily room cleaning happened each day. Fresh towels were provided. I also found complimentary water bottles. I appreciate this detail.
The hotel lacked air conditioning . The room became warm, so I had to open windows for ventilation. This resulted in street noise.
