a really WONDERFUL stay!

i was so excited about my superior double room. it was large and very clean, exactly what i needed after traveling. the ac worked really well, a plus! i also really appreciated how helpful and polite the staff was upon check-in.
the complimentary champagnes were nice, but i would have preferred another option for a welcome drink. i don't drink alcohol, so i couldn't partake, a little disappointing.

this hotel's location is fantastic! it is a short walk to many restaurants, bars, and sights. we didn't need public transportation, so we walked everywhere, super convenient.

the room was wonderfully sized and well kept. the toilets were clean and spacious, always a plus in my book. there were plenty of storage cupboards, including hangars, and a lock-box was available for secure documents.

I found the staff very helpful. They quickly provided advice about transportation options. The daily room cleaning happened each day. Fresh towels were provided. I also found complimentary water bottles. I appreciate this detail.
