The breakfast selection offered varied options and the staff was attentive. Rooms were clean daily. The hotel also provided a convenient complimentary shuttle service to the city center. I appreciated the secure, locked parking on the premises. It added an extra layer of security.
The gym could use some new equipment.

Reception staff displayed class like hallmark Italian locations. The receptionists were polite! they were also helpful. One could easily get assistance with directions to the center using the local bus stop near the hotel.

the staff were very helpful giving useful advice for moving around. free parking inside the facility was really appreciated. our beautiful family room was wide and comfy! the hotel organizes a bus shuttle from the hotel, this took us right to the center.
the variety at breakfast was somewhat limited. i think more options would further enhance the dining experience.

the reception is fully manned and the staff is really attentive at all times! the staff are very helpful and ensure guests have everything they need, including directions. the concierge helped us get our room ready early.

the check-in process was wonderfully smooth, and the staff were helpful. they gave restaurant recommendations and helped with reservations. the breakfast had fresh food and staff refilled items constantly. the free shuttle downtown was a plus, just sign up early because the bus has limited seats.
