modest breakfast limited english
The room was huge and overlooked the canal (I especially liked watching the gondolas).
The breakfast was quite modest. The food felt more like what I would expect in a student hostel. the staff's foreign language skills seemed limited. It was difficult to communicate in English sometimes.

the location was really convenient. it was easy to reach nearby attractions. our room was spacious, which we liked. breakfast was good with a decent variety.
the noise isolation was poor. we could hear a lot of noise from outside early in the morning. the shower faucet had a questionable diy repair. the staff didn't speak english that well.

Romantic Stay by the Canal
spacious room friendly staff convenient location
The Beautiful Double Room was spacious and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location allowed short walks to San Marco and Rialto. I especially appreciated there were no bridges to cross from the waterbus stop! I found many restaurants and shops nearby.
The air conditioning unit noise was a little disruptive since our standard room faced the courtyard.

The reception staff was professional and displayed reassuring behavior. Philippe were really nice too ensure my needs were met. Breakfast included quality coffee, and the lady providing service was especially wonderful, I loved her attentiveness.

The hotel is in a central location. It allows for easy access to key attractions. I enjoyed being right on gondola row. St Mark Square is nearby. It was a perfect location!
