the hotel is near the museum quarter. the staff was friendly and check-in went smoothly. i had a balcony room and could see a canal to the left. the location is good and the staff is nice.
the room needed a bit more cleaning, as there was some dust. it was a very slight issue though.

the hotel is situated close to several tram stops. it makes navigating the city simple. there are plenty of shops nearby and it is very close to the museum quarter, so lots to see and do. it really is a top location!

The location was amazing. the tram stops were very close offering easy access to explore the city. the staff were friendly and helpful. They assisted me with directions. i found the cleanliness of the room to be quite satisfactory.
the bathroom seemed a bit small! though it was functional.

My room had a very big bed. I loved the location, especially not needing to climb lots of stairs as I stayed in Room 1. The shower was clean, and the room itself was quite spacious. I loved the extra room. The room's size added so much value.
I noticed that the elevator made some noise, but it wasn't too bad!

convenient locationattentive staff
I was actually surprised. The location proved convenient with easy access to transportation. The staff was attentive and always available to assist with directions. I found the room clean upon arrival. I especially appreciated the quick resolution when I needed an additional pillow. It arrived promptly.
The bathroom was slightly smaller than expected.

The room included a spacious double bed with crisp linens I found very comfortable. I appreciated the large windows which let in plenty of natural light. A small work desk and chair allowed for comfortable work.

the staff were indeed friendly , and the room was acceptably clean. i found the location ideal, close to transportation options for reaching the city center.
i had one minor inconvenience , the shower's design caused the bathroom to get soaked after each use. a simple adjustment could prevent this from happening.
