Excellent Stay with Great Amenities

the staff was very kind and cute. the position is great, in a nice neighborhood, close to restaurants, and a short bike ride from the centre. the room was clean, spacious, and contained everything i needed.
my main complaint concerns noise from the street. the window seal was broken and was sticking out. you could hear all the traffic noise as a result.

the location is excellent. it is near a tram stop. it is a short walk to tourist attractions. the hotel is located in a lovely area near restaurants, shops, and a food hall.

i found the staff cute. they were attentive, was very charmed. the rooms were clean. they were cozy and thoughtfully designed with a very comfy bed, which insured restful nights. the breakfast was fresh and delicious, it had a good variety to start the day.
the door to my room, a standard single room, did not properly close. i informed the reception and they were unhelpful. my room was accessible at all times. i felt very unsafe with this issue.

the service was both professional and kind. the room was well cleaned. the staff were very responsive to my needs, and the hotel addressed any concerns quickly and effectively. i am impressed with their level of attention.
