The staff provided a warm welcome. They arranged a private transfer. The driver acted as a knowledgeable guide at each location.
The breakfast buffet had a poor choice of fruit. Sugary bread was available, yet French baguettes were missing. The hotel charges nearly $50 per night, so the food should be better.

the team gave me a genuinely warm welcome on arrival, i really appreciated that. the location is quiet, but also very close to everything. kelly, ruby, david, and thanh offered amazing service.
the air conditioning did not function without the key card inserted, so the room became very warm at times. it required a bit of management to keep cool when i wasn't there.

the hotel sits on a quiet side street set back from the main road, and it is only a short walk to the walking street. this makes the location very convenient, offering peace and easy access to local attractions.

the room had a very nice and clean design, it was comfortable. a large window provided ample natural light, appreciated. there was also a comfortable bed perfect for a restful stay.

breakfast provided a good start to the day, and my family members told me it was very good. i also had coffee which was delicious. the hotel provided a great service with early breakfast boxes.
