A creative Mediterranean cuisine where traditional flavors meet modern cooking techniques is served in the small, picturesque alley in the old harbor where Serenissima Restaurant is located. Chef Iosif Petroff leads a specialized team in the creation of three set menus centered on quality ingredients.

Tranquil Wellness Spaces

The unique fully restored Ottoman bath represents the main concept of the hotel's philosophy: serenity, luxury and relaxation. There is a reception area with seating and a small library of books, and a diminutive steam room with banquette seating, open only in summer.
