amazing location!
close location smiling staff luggage service fun touch
I totally loved how close i was to lincoln center. It was just a short walk. the staff was always smiling and ready to help, especially at the front desk. i also appreciated the luggage room service since it made my arrival and departure stress-free! the rooftop bar added such a fun touch to my nights.
the room didn't have a coffee maker. i really wanted one in the mornings!

The rooftop bar was really neat. i enjoyed having a nightcap there! the bar staff was attentive. They created a relaxing environment, and the service was quick and friendly.

acceptable location but rooms need improvement
missing curtains peeling wallpaper
the location near lincoln center worked well for my plans.
the room i received was disappointing. there were no curtains on the window, i could see holes where they should have been. also, the wallpaper was peeling, revealing the wall behind it. the tv was much smaller than the one in the room next door, odd since i paid extra for an upgrade.

The front desk staff seemed amicable. I appreciated the room being clean and well-appointed. The location is awesome for events at the nearby performing arts center (it is really convenient).

the staff at the front desk was very helpful. i appreciated the readily available elevators.. the room was conveniently located to restaurants. i am happy with the easy bus and subway connections.
i noticed the room could use a bit more lighting. it felt slightly dark.

Not the Ritz, but it'll do, I guess
broken tv small pool
The gym. It had one treadmill and two stationary bikes, and the TV on the treadmill wasn't working, a real motivation killer it was. The rooftop pool, more like a glorified puddle. It was so small, it was like a bathtub for giants, honestly. Only five loungers were available, and good luck snagging one unless you arrive at dawn.

The location was convenient, very near many places I wanted to visit. The staff was friendly. They provided complimentary water and chocolates at check-in. The rooftop lounge also had appealing views and a nice atmosphere.
The elevators had some issues. One got stuck during use. My room was very small. It was hard to move around comfortably. The bathroom lacked ventilation. Shower steam filled the whole room.
