The hotel rooms are on the small side and have a strange layout, which I didn't like. The temperature never got below 74 degrees despite multiple attempts to contact the front desk. On the positive side, the service was friendly and very helpful, although there were issues with double charges and unexpected fire alarm evacuation. The location was convenient for our trip but slightly removed from uptown. The dining experience was a letdown in terms of food quality and pricing. The facilities were mediocre.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was excellent, allowing for easy exploration of Charlotte, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. However, the rooms seemed unfinished and lacked certain amenities like a microwave, the showers had temperature issues, and the air conditioning didn't work effectively. The dining options were limited and a bit overpriced for the available choices.

The dining experience offered traditional regional homemade products with exceptional service. However, the noisy atmosphere due to drunken guests on weekends was a downside.
