Check-in was smooth and efficient. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I appreciated the nice amenities. The restaurant offered amazing cuisine. Its great location made exploring convenient.
I encountered an issue with the windows. The grime obscured the view of the city. It detracted from the overall experience.

The front desk upgraded me to a junior suite (i felt grateful!). This suite included great views and a large bathroom. I appreciated the soaking tub and the comfortable bed.
The hallways are quite dingy for a hotel of this category.
