Decent stay with some notable issues
cold watercracked tiles
The water temperature in the shower never got hot enough. The floor tiles exhibit multiple cracks, this gives it an older look. I did not receive adequate information on the amenities. It was hard to get a straightforward answer regarding provisions. I expected clear information.

I appreciated the sizable suite with a functional kitchenette. It included a cooktop, mini-fridge, and microwave and allowed for simple meal preparation. The separate living area provided extra space for relaxation.
The hotel lacked USB adapter plugs in the room, a minor inconvenience.

The valet service WAS efficient and the front desk staff proved helpful, particularly with directions. The cleaning ladies WERE friendly, and they maintained the room well. Overall service met my expectations.

The outdoor space by the pool featured a fire pit. The pool area had ample loungers AND a shaded section, offering a comfortable experience. The gym included several treadmills and stationary bikes for a full workout.

The room was spacious and very comfortable for a work trip. The jacuzzi tub was relaxing after long days. I found the valet service quick and efficient, it saved much time.
The in-room coffee was not the greatest quality, needing improvement.

The staff at the front desk was polite. They addressed my concerns quickly. I also noted housekeeping maintained cleanliness, restocking towels and toiletries daily without any prompting from myself.

I used the gym each morning. It had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The pool area featured twenty loungers plus a shaded section. Access to the connected casino was convenient.
