Underwhelming stay
The location was convenient. Many attractions were nearby.
The promised parking was not private. It was actually public parking. The availability was a gamble. If I had arrived on a busier day, I probably would have parked far away. It's disappointing.

the staff was cute. they gave me a map with recommendations. the location was central so it was easy to reach places. i liked it a lot.
i noticed a moldy smell upon entering my room. the shower handle holder was broken (electrical tape tried to fix it). the internet was also slow.

the hotel is situated in the historical center, i liked that. the location made walking to sites convenient. the onsite restaurant offered a good breakfast. the staff were helpful with good english skills.
i think the hotel needs some tlc. i booked a room, a extra large room, and it was quite dark. some things in the room was like missing or broken. it wasn't ideal, it's true.

i loved this hotel! what a gem

The staff was super friendly and helpful! they gave me great restaurant tips and helped me plan my sightseeing, i also found the breakfast amazing with so many delicious options. the location was also perfect. It's close to all the attractions and easy to walk around. i would definitely stay here again!
the only small issue i encountered was that the coffee maker in the room isn't ideal if you prefer tea, though it's a minor thing really.

The hotel provides convenient bus access to pena palace right outside. This makes exploring easy. a self-service breakfast is available. This assures a prompt and accessible morning meal! the reception staff is also available to assist with travel plans.

My superior double room featured windows on two sides. This gave excellent city views. it also included a comfortable bed that guaranteed a restful night. i also found the room spacious. This ensured i had room to relax.

The staff spoke almost perfect english. This aided communication and support. the reception staff also assisted me with restaurant suggestions. This ensured a positive dining experience. the hotel staff were very friendly and always helpful. This enhanced the stay.

The hotel is near the historic center. This provides easy access to landmarks! regaleira palace is only a nine minute walk. This makes it super convenient. the central location allows easy exploration of the city on foot!
