high deposit bad ac
The location was good near the beach and shops.
I was asked to give a 200 euro deposit, in case I damaged something, that I thought was shocking. The room did not look like pictures online at all. The AC did not work well at all.

immediate deposit poor impression
The pool area was lovely and quiet. It offered plenty of shade if it got too warm.
The immediate deposit requests felt excessive. I was asked to pay a €200 deposit "just in case" i damaged something (or misused the towels!). I have never experienced this before in any hotel.

great ocean views convenient perk broken air-con disturb sign
the hotel had a really nice pool with great ocean views. the location was also central so i could walk everywhere, it was a super convenient perk!
On the final night, the air-con broke. It left me feeling uncomfortably hot! also, the cleaners walked into my room, even though i put the 'do not disturb' sign on my door.

Charming stay with beautiful views
friendly staff roomy accommodation beautiful view central location
The staff was very friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated juan at reception. My lower ground floor room was roomy and comfortable despite having no balcony. The communal terrace offered beautiful views and quiet relaxation. The location provided easy walking distance to everything.

The breakfast area has a beautiful view directly overlooking the beach which adds to the experience. The breakfast selection offered sufficient options for a pleasant start to the day. There is a bar with drink service too.

The staff was very educated and kind offering umbrellas for guest use. Daily room cleaning included towel changes and trash removal. They were very attentive to any needs i had .
