transport links blackout curtains air conditioning coffee allocation
i was super happy with the location and its public transport links. the hotel room had blackout curtains and they really worked (our room was dark even with streetlight shining right outside our window!).
the air conditioning was switched off for the winter. it made my room very warm as i stayed there on a day when the temperatures were in the low 20s. also, the hotel didn't restock tea, coffee and milk properly and it was hard to request more.

average stay with some issues
ineffective air conditioning fluctuating temperature
The room's air conditioning was not effective. It struggled to cool the space adequately. this made it uncomfortable to relax, especially during the day. the shower was also a problem (it's a shame because the location is so central). The water temperature fluctuated wildly, going from hot to cold without warning. it.
