The location is decent because of the proximity to the train station.
The front desk and housekeeping showed very bad communication. I had items dry cleaned with a guaranteed return but they had not arrived on time. The front office staff was pretty indifferent to helping with the issue.

the reception staff provided considerate suggestions for traveling , they also arranged a taxi that took us to the floating market and train market. the hotel boasts great locations nearby to main attractions and beautiful shopping malls like iconsiam. i found it very convenient to get to the airports from this hotel.
i noticed noise from other rooms , i could hear furniture being moved and doors slamming. in order to sleep , i needed to use noise-canceling earplugs all night.

The staff provided AMAZING assistance arranging transport. I found a money changer directly outside. The hotel's proximity to the BTS train system gave me fast access to shopping centers.
I encountered some noise during the day because of ongoing work on the restaurant.

poor wifismall pool area
The wifi signal was atrocious, disconnecting constantly. it wasn't just moving around the hotel either. It happened while i was sitting in my room. the pool area seemed rather small and sunbeds disappeared. this made it difficult to relax after a long day.
