lovely staffspacious rooms
the staff was lovely and always ready to assist. the rooms offered a spacious environment and had a very clean appearance. the hotel provided a convenient tuk tuk service to terminal 21, very useful.

the location is excellent, situated near various entertainment options. shopping areas were close. the metro station requires only a short five minute walk, it was accessible.

the room was modern however i felt there was an issue with dampness i needed to keep the air conditioning very low to prevent dampness forming the fitness area was in a separate building from my room it had limited equipment i found this inconvenient i also felt the area was a little spartan.

the hotel location was convenient. i easily walked to the skytrain and subway. terminal 21 was near. breakfast included many option. the staff members were very helpful and always smiling.
the bed was too soft for me. my back felt sore after one night. i needed heating pads and ibuprofen.
