Guests appreciate the spacious rooms, some featuring enormous bathtubs, and the complimentary minibar is a welcomed touch. Some rooms, however, have no windows. Many enjoy the Red Rose bar with its live music, creating a relaxed atmosphere.

Excellent stay in a themed hotel

The location was great, tucked away from the bustle of Chinatown. I enjoyed the hotel's unique Chinese theme, which distinguished it from typical city hotels. The reception staff were cute and efficient, a VERY helpful feature. The hotel is also conveniently located for tuk-tuk rides to temples and the Grand Palace.
During my visit, the breakfast variety did NOT fully meet the standards I expect from a four-star hotel.

The stylish Cotton room offered good breakfast options to all the guests. The traditional Chinese music added to the atmosphere during afternoon tea. The breakfast selection included a NICE variety of foods.

a reflective stay at the heart of it all

The staff's friendliness stood out. They remembered my name and greeted me warmly each day. the hotel's location made exploring the nearby temples and markets very easy. i appreciated the live jazz music in the evenings. It gave the lobby a lively atmosphere. i also liked the traditional chinese decor. It felt authentic and appropriate.
I found the lighting in the room to be quite dim. It made reading difficult in the evenings. the corridors felt very echoey, and noise from other guests was sometimes disruptive. i think soundproofing would greatly improve the experience.

Mixed Experience in an Interesting Location

The hotel is in a great spot for exploring Chinatown.
My room lacked proper soundproofing I could hear everything my neighbors did. The live music from the bar downstairs was loud it went on until late. The breakfast selection was not what I expect from a hotel of this supposed standard.

the hotel decor looked really beautiful. the staff were very helpful and courteous. i got early airport transport organised and a packed breakfast, i had a very early departure.
I found the bed hard, and i did not sleep well. the bathroom looked a bit outdated. there was zero sound proofing. I could hear neighbors talking and showering.
