superb hotel experience
helpful staff lovely surprise comfortable bed well organized
The staff was helpful. i really liked the toothbrush and toothpaste provided, including the razor and shave cream. i was surprised by the piece of cake and water that welcomed me in the room. A note left by the hotel manager was also a lovely touch. the beds were comfortable. the lighting was well organized, and i could control the amount of light.
the pool 'bar' seemed to be just a portable empty trolley! i didn't see anybody serving .
Dining

street noise soft bed
The central location suited my plans. Staff members were polite.
The room I was given was disappointing. The soundproofing was not adequate. I could hear street noises all night. The bed felt old and too soft. It did not meet my expectations for a hotel of this supposed standard.

excellent stay
clean room big bed friendly staff
the hotel rooms were very clean and spacious. the bed was lovely and big. staff were all very cute and friendly and could not do enough. i recommend this hotel for a stay, the location is great.
the gym was tiny and outdated. the air conditioning was locked at 21 degrees. running on the treadmill in a small, closed room seemed like a sauna.
Location
10/10
the hotel's location is central. it allows easy access to cafes and restaurants. shopping is also convenient. train stations are located nearby for broader exploration.
