The staff was both friendly and efficient. breakfasts had lovely choices. the hotel has an excellent location. It makes exploring easy. the room was very comfortable and clean.

superb hotel experience

The staff was helpful. i really liked the toothbrush and toothpaste provided, including the razor and shave cream. i was surprised by the piece of cake and water that welcomed me in the room. A note left by the hotel manager was also a lovely touch. the beds were comfortable. the lighting was well organized, and i could control the amount of light.
the pool 'bar' seemed to be just a portable empty trolley! i didn't see anybody serving .

breakfast included an extensive buffet. a varied a la carte menu supplemented it. the hotel food seemed excellent. it felt worthy of a night in to eat there.

The room I was given was disappointing. The soundproofing was not adequate. I could hear street noises all night. The bed felt old and too soft. It did not meet my expectations for a hotel of this supposed standard.

the hotel rooms were very clean and spacious. the bed was lovely and big. staff were all very cute and friendly and could not do enough. i recommend this hotel for a stay, the location is great.
