Atocha's gem, Location and Kind service

I find the staff SO helpful. They answered all my questions with such patience. the hotel's proximity to the train station worked so well. free coffee is available. This was a lovely treat after my travel day. i got a room WITH a balcony, and it was wonderfully quiet despite facing the street.
My pillows was not quite right. They felt a little firm, though it hardly detracted from the overall stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station. The main attractions are within walking distance. The staff was always ready to help. Coffee and tea were available in the lobby.
The pillows were too high. The toilette was too small. The night light did not work. There was hair in the toilet when I arrived.

The staff was very helpful. They were also pleasant. It was nice to have coffee available in reception at all times. The roof terrace was good. I slept well.
The pillows were too high and hard. The toilet is small. I think the night light did not work. I found hair in the toilet when I arrived.

The hotel's location proved excellent. It was a short walk to the Atocha train station. I found the staff quite helpful ! I also appreciated the 24/7 availability of tea, coffee, ice, and water in the lobby's sitting area. The double windows in my Calle Atocha-facing room (501) reduced street noise well.
I sometimes chose to use the stairs instead. It wasn't a major issue, but it's worth considering if you have mobility concerns or heavy luggage.
