The room was spacious. I stayed in a double room extra bed. breakfast had all i needed. the staff were helpful and accommodating, i thought.
the hotel lacked an outdoor pool. the spa was closed . the tv only had spanish channels, it was frustrating.

the room was large and very clean. the bed was huge, it was so comfortable. i booked a sherry tour with the staff, and they were very helpful. the pool was a great bonus for a relaxing dip.
the breakfast selections could use a little more variety.

I enjoyed the friendly staff and the convenient breakfast times, which extended until 11am. The hotel's location was great. I could easily walk to supermarkets and bars. While transport is needed for the city center, it's not too far. Parking cost me €10 per day.
I noticed that the hotel felt more like a business hotel than a holiday hotel.

I found the parking facilities very convenient , allowing me to easily explore nearby areas without worrying about finding a spot, and the proximity to local supermarkets added extra convenience to my stay. Overall , the facilities met my needs.

My spacious room had comfortable beds and a well-appointed bathroom, which included a rainfall shower. The air conditioning worked very well , maintaining a comfortable temperature, and there was a coffee maker with complimentary capsules provided.

the air conditioning worked well. the staff agreed to my request for a room inside the hotel (i was originally placed in the annex).
there was no outdoor pool. the spa was closed too. (i was looking forward to relaxing there) breakfast did not include cucumbers, tomatoes, or beans, and costed 12 eur.

i was pretty annoyed that the pool was closed. i booked this hotel months in advance specifically because it had a pool. finding out just days before arrival that it was 'not operational' was a real letdown.
