The doormen were friendly. I really loved this service. The suite was HUGE. It was a great deal for my family of five. The employees were amazing and kept my beds neat during my entire week.
I noticed some drafts in the room due to a window.

the electrical sockets in my room felt loose, a safety concern. the carpet also had noticeable stains needing deep cleaning. i also found that scaffolding surrounded the hotel causing street noise, and road work added to disturbance.

the staff was amazing. my room, a junior suite, was quite spacious. the beds were done every day. the location is very accessible and close to many key spots.
i noticed the thermostat did not function properly. it was warm and the cooling was not working well. it made my room less comfortable.

the location proved ideal , as it was near to several key points of interest. the central park walk was a pleasant fifteen minutes. the staff were attentive and readily available. i found the room spacious , particularly beneficial .
the air conditioning could have performed slightly better , it did adequately cool the room , but on warmer days , a stronger output would have been preferable. this was a minor issue and did not significantly affect my overall experience.
