unexpected comfort
perfect location friendly staff fast elevators
the location was perfect. i walked to dining in little italy. the staff was friendly and helpful. i would stay here again for the location. elevators were also fast to use at any time of the day.

my room had good size and was clean. the shower was a good size too, but water flowed onto the bathroom floor easily.

the hotel has complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby each morning for all guests. i liked this a lot because i took advantage of this service. it did not have a fridge or coffee maker in the room but that was no problem.

the hotel is close to shops, chinatown and little italy. it makes it simple to explore the neighborhoods. there are metro and bus stations close, they give easy access to the city without transfers. the area has many restaurants.

FABULOUS stay!
friendly staff complimentary water perfect location
The staff were very friendly and helpful. I appreciated complimentary water bottles. The location of the hotel made it EASY to zip around the city. Nearby stations and bus stops are close.
The pendant bedside lights were awkward and I bumped into them.

Having coffee right there in the morning is a perk. The entrance is VERY pretty at night. There is lots of activity and picture taking around the hotel making it quite lively and exciting.

The location is perfect, I easily walked around. I walked around nearby Little Italy. I visited the 911 memorial and museum. I went to West Village and Greenwich plus visited Central Park, it was amazing!

charming place, few things to note
great location easy walk amazing sights
the room location was great if you want to be in the soho area. it was close to several subway stops. an easy walk to the village. i had a higher floor, and the view provided amazing sights. the lobby area had a great design and feel.
the amount for the security deposit was not refunded back to my card quickly. i had to check on it, but it did eventually came through.

staff members were nice. they had helpful attitudes in assisting with directions and requests. i really appreciate the quick response from the front desk regarding my questions about local attractions.

my room included a comfortable queen-size bed and a modern bathroom. the provided toiletries were high-quality and replenished daily. i also found the room to be very clean. the blackout curtains were appreciated.

helpful staff excellent facilities super location
i thought the staff was very kind and helpful, such a plus! location is super, i could walk to everything. my room and all hotel facilities were really excellent, i could not ask for more.
