Reviews and Ratings
I arrived at the hotel after a long drive and a football game, only to discover they had oversold the double rooms I booked three months ago. Despite the room being spacious and lovely, I was disappointed to find no bath towels, a burnt-out bathroom light, and a non-functional television. However, the cleanliness of the room was impressive.
After a tiring journey, I finally arrived at the hotel only to discover they had oversold all the double rooms due to a broken air conditioner issue late at night. Despite this inconvenience, the location was great for accessing nearby attractions and restaurants, though the loud disturbances at night were a downside. The service was lacking, but there were some hardworking staff members doing their best amidst the chaos.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the staff was extremely polite and efficient, the rooms were infested with mice, which was a major downside, especially considering we had made the reservation for a Steelers game. Despite the service efforts, there were noise issues from other guests that affected our overall comfort.
