the room was clean and the area felt safe, it was convenient. i found the staff to be helpful.
I was overcharged for my room. And the valet parking prices seemed inflated. the employees attitude was impolite, there was no bellhop. this was disappointing

I was overcharged for my room and the valet parking was a problem. The employees were rude (it was really frustrating). getting my car back from valet parking was difficult.

Dru was very pleasant. His warm greeting made a great first impression. the concierge, courtney, added special touches , made the date night amazing. i slept by the window enjoying the river view. It was peaceful.
i had a little trouble getting my car from valet parking though the location was perfect!
