noise levelwater temperature
I found the Executive Double or Twin Room to be mostly satisfactory. The provided iron and ironing board were quite useful. the lack of soundproofing became apparent when excessive noise from the corridor disrupted my sleep. I also encountered issues with the shower. The water temperature fluctuated unpredictably.

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues

clean roomslow serviceunderstaffed staff
The room was clean.
I found that the service was slow, I was left waiting. The staff seemed understaffed during peak times. The restaurant food was not very warm and some of it tasted like it had been sitting for too long. I was disappointed.
