totally fantastic hotel

helpful staff fresh fruit
i found the staff to be super helpful. they even helped me with directions! the room was very clean, too! it had all the amenities i needed. plus, breakfast included a wide variety of options, like pastries and fresh fruit!

high ceilings christmas markets
i stayed one night just before christmas. the suite i was in, the james hardiman suite, was fine. the high ceilings and views over the christmas markets are wonderful.

fantastic stay!

valet parking professional staff convenient location
I appreciated the valet parking. It made arrival very easy. the reception staff was professional, offering a warm welcome. the hotel's location near the railway station proved convenient for my travels.
the absence of air conditioning made the room a bit warm .
