The staff was attentive. They quickly addressed a minor issue i had with the room temperature. the breakfast buffet offered many choices, and everything tasted fresh! the location made getting around easy, i used the nearby tram stop. the room was very clean, and i appreciated the provided toiletries.
The gym had limited hours. I wished it stayed open a bit later!

Acceptable stay, some disappointments

backside room crowded trams
The breakfast selection was good.
I was quite disappointed in the room I received. I booked a canal-facing room, but I was initially given a room at the back of the hotel. The staff did eventually give me the correct room after I asked, however this delayed my holiday and was stressful. I also found the hotel was not close to the city center and required using trams that were quite crowded.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I found them to be attentive to all requests. The location is convenient with the tram stop just across the street. It made travel into the city centre quick and easy.
It started early. This made relaxing in the room difficult. The minibar in my room was not working properly. I expected it to cool drinks more effectively.
