I found the staff helpful. they were pleasant. The room I had was very quiet, a real bonus for a restful night. The safety bars in the bathroom were a nice touch. The curtains were excellent, they really darkened the room.
I did notice the light near the bed was not working , but it did not affect my stay much.

The location was quiet , this suited my need for a peaceful environment. A short walk took me to a local pub , and that was a welcome bonus. Meadowhall is only about five miles away from the property.

The room felt big and was quiet. Parking was free so that was useful. The staff were friendly so I really felt welcome.
I did feel some concern staff didn't take car details for registration. This seemed an oversight that could cause problems.

the staff were helpful and friendly. the building had a lovely design. my room was clean and the bed felt very comfy.
the hotel location wasn't ideal, as there wasn't much to do nearby. the shower was quite small, and the bath was also a bit small. the noise from the corridors made it difficult to sleep.

the room had a comfortable bed it was a standard double suite. free parking was available i found this very useful. the reception staff were very helpful.
the hotel rooms lack carpets the rooms have laminate flooring. the toilet seat was not properly attached to the toilet i noticed this immediately.
