surprised with the basics done well
warm welcome comfortable bed spacious bathroom
the reception provided a warm welcome. my room had several electrical outlets, handy. the bed was really comfortable, and the pillows were great.. i slept well. the bathroom was spacious, and there were plenty of clean towels and toiletries.
the tv was connected to wifi, but i found the program selection limited.

helpful staff quiet room excellent curtains
I found the staff helpful. they were pleasant. The room I had was very quiet, a real bonus for a restful night. The safety bars in the bathroom were a nice touch. The curtains were excellent, they really darkened the room.
I did notice the light near the bed was not working , but it did not affect my stay much.

The breakfast offers a good choice from a fixed menu. it arrived well presented and cooked. I enjoyed the traditional options and thought the service was prompt , though I did not explore other dining options.

The location was quiet , this suited my need for a peace all around. A short walk took me to a local pub , and that was a welcome bonus. Meadowhall is only about five miles away from the hotel.

my room was a spacious standard double suite. the large windows offered a view. the bed have clean, soft linens that felt wonderful. the bathroom included fluffy towels.
the television remote required new batteries. it was little inconvenience for me.

nice bath warm room bad location brick wall
The room was large and very warm. the bath and shower were nice.
The staff acted like talking to a brick wall when i asked for something. The hotel is not in a good location since there is nothing around it.

the staff were helpful and friendly. the building had a lovely design. my room was clean and the bed felt very comfy.
the hotel location wasn't ideal, as there wasn't much to do nearby. the shower was quite small, and the bath was also a bit small. the noise from the corridors made it difficult to sleep.

comfortable bed helpful staff laminate flooring unattached toilet
the room had a comfortable bed it was a standard double suite. free parking was available i found this very useful. the reception staff were very helpful.
the hotel rooms lack carpets the rooms have laminate flooring. the toilet seat was not properly attached to the toilet i noticed this immediately.
