Everything was good. The staff provided helpful service and always had a friendly smile. I appreciated the hotel's location in a nice area with excellent transport links. I also liked the comfy room. It met my expectations.
The sound insulation was not great. I could hear noises from other rooms. it affected my sleep quality.

the location was great. it was very close to transport and restaurants were just a doorstep away. the facilities were also super clean, a plus when traveling.
The air conditioning didn't work at all. the room was very hot and the windows did not open so i had the worst sleep. i also thought the price was expensive for the value. It felt very overpriced.
