The hotel location provided easy access to the botanical gardens. I appreciated the proximity. our room offered a river view, a comfortable bed. and it was very clean. parking on site was convenient. but i was most thankful for the helpful staff and prompt service .
I noticed some slight wear and tear in the corridors. The hallways could use some minor updates.

The room was very large with an amazing view of the river. I needed an early checkout and the staff efficiently processed the request, ensuring a seamless departure. Breakfast and parking were included .
I found it difficult to reach someone by phone before my stay, and was placed on hold for a long time. The wallpaper in the room was peeling, which detracted from the overall impression.

I found the staff quite helpful. Prompt room service delivered hot meals. the city botanic gardens were next door. I also appreciated the nearby walking bridge over the river. bus stops are also close by.
