bad pillows harder pillows
the staff were friendly AND helpful.
The pillows were REALLY bad. i read comments about this, and the hotel HASN'T fixed it. they seemed like old, flat feathers. Piling them didn't help. i asked for different pillows, BUT they said the harder ones were gone.

amazing breakfast good location single beds broken fuse
The breakfast was amazing!!! it had a good variety of options and i especially liked the prepared omelet. the location was also great for getting to the film festival. It was only about a 10-15 minute walk.
I initially received a room with two single beds instead of the superior double room i booked and paid for. i had to go back to reception to sort this out. also, the lighting in the room was not good. The main light fuse seemed broken.

fantastic stay!
friendly welcome excellent breakfast convenient location nice staff
I was greeted with such warmth at the front desk, and it really set a positive tone for my entire visit. the breakfast was excellent. I mean, the chefs made my eggs exactly how i wanted them! i liked that the hotel's location was very convenient, close to subway stations, and included a gym i could use. the staff was also quite nice, answering every question i had.
the only tiny issue i experienced was that the coffee sachets weren't replenished daily. while not a major problem, it was a small detail i noticed.

the breakfast spread was amazing!!! they have everything you could possibly want, including smoked salmon. the chefs were really accommodating, and i could order eggs just the way i like them, which i really appreciated.

the hotel boasts a well-equipped gym, great for good workouts. spa facilities were available until late into the evening, which i found very convenient. the location itself is fantastic, very close to subway stations for easy access to all areas.
