The train station near the hotel was very convenient. my room included two separate sinks. the shower was a rainfall style. This was a nice addition.

i found the location quite convenient for exploring. it was easy to walk to the guinness storehouse, heuston station, and phoenix park. the room included biscuits with the teabags and kettle.. a really nice touch. the receptionist was friendly and cute and made check-in quick.
The room servicing wasn't automatic. I had to request it.

The disposable cups in the hospitality tray were a minor drawback. I prefer proper cups when I'm in my room. This small detail could enhance the experience.

the room had air conditioning it was lovely after a warm day. the location was ideal next to houston station. it was convenient for travelling with kids.
the hotel restaurant served lukewarm entrees with bland vegetables. they spent too much time under a heat light. the daily soups were tasty though.

The location is convenient, near the train station. The restaurant in the bar offered really good food!!!
My room lacked sufficient soundproofing. I could hear trams running late and starting early. The bed and pillows were also too firm. I requested alternative pillows, but the hotel did not provide them.
