The beds were comfortable. I slept soundly each night. The pineapple theme throughout the hotel gave it a unique and nice character. The location proved convenient. I could easily visit various attractions. I found some excellent restaurants nearby.
The room size felt a little small for an extended stay. I prefer a bit more space to spread out.

i arrived late, around 11:00 pm, check-in was quick and the staff member was very friendly. i slept very well and the customer service stood out to me greatly, as everyone was nice.
i noticed the room service was not daily so i requested fresh towels, tea bags, and toilet paper due to insufficient amounts for my stay.

the celebrity king room includes modern furnishings and sufficient lighting for working or relaxing the bed had quality linens and provided restful sleep i found the soundproofing adequate.

the lobby decor has a beautiful style and offers a welcoming atmosphere for guests there is a refill water bottle station, promoting sustainability the hotel features a breakfast option downstairs with reasonable prices.

the check-in staff was helpful and efficient, even at a late hour i saw that the reception staff provided assistance with storing luggage and arranging transportation to the airport the staff offered a complimentary drink upon arrival.

the bed was comfortable and i slept well (which is always a plus).
The lack of daily room service was inconvenient. I needed to request fresh towels and basic supplies like tea bags, since there were not enough provided for my stay, so it was not ideal.
