a beautiful stay
convenient location short walk late checkout close activities
i found the location quite convenient. powell station was a short walk away. the staff accommodated my request for a late checkout. i really liked that the hotel was close to many activities.
The ice machine on my floor seemed to be out of service. I had to go to another floor.

The front desk staff provided prompt assistance, addressing inquiries efficiently. they seemed available 24/7. the staff ensured luggage storage both before check-in and after checkout. I felt very secure leaving my belongings.

The lobby features an asian-themed bar that looked really nice. the billiard table in the lobby was available for guest use. there is a gym that looked modern. I saw new cardio equipment and free weights.

i appreciated the bar inside the hotel, along with the restaurant. happy hour was a plus.. plus, the gym had the equipment i needed. i was also super close to the bart station, a huge convenience for getting around town.
the parking was quite expensive. it cost $74 per night.

Excellent Location and Respectful Staff
metro station bus stop friendly staff central location
The hotel is very close to the metro station and bus stops. I found the hotel staff friendly and helpful (especially with directions). The location proved the best part of my stay. Most of the top attractions were within easy walking distance.
The room was comfortable, but it was also the smallest room I stayed in during my travels. The air conditioning duct outside the window was a bit noisy.

The check-in process was very efficient. The front desk staff was attentive. Staff members readily provided extra coffee upon request. They also assisted with printing a document I needed (which I really appreciated).

mixed feelings about location and room
loud buzzing small room
the staff provided helpful assistance .
The noise was intolerable. An ice machine directly below my room caused a constant, loud buzzing. additionally, the room proved small, barely accommodating luggage.
