The hotel displayed such amazing art throughout, even in the hallways, rooms, and the restaurant! check-in occurred without any delay. i found the included breakfast very delicious. It started the day with romance.
I did not receive a response after contacting the hotel about left clothing items. i emailed reception and reservations repeatedly, but got no reply. the toll-free number does not answer. The voicemail box is full. A sad farewell souvenir i couldn't retrieve.

The location is great for accessing shops and restaurants nearby. The room had a large, comfortable bed. I also found the complimentary coffee in the lobby convenient.
The bottle of water for sale downstairs was a bit pricey.

stained sheetsold bed
My stay had a few issues. the lack of coffee capsules without an extra charge felt cheap. i found stained sheets unacceptable in a hotel of this supposed caliber. the bed also felt old. It really impacted my sleep quality.

The hotel features beautiful Costa Rican art throughout. The art makes you feel like you're in a museum. A giant tree with seating sits in the front.
The gym lacked updated equipment.

The room was ample and clean. I got a super stay. The hotel provided extra blanket and washcloths quickly when requested. I liked the room best when it faced the forest, since it felt more private.

Breakfast offers varied options and tasted very good. Coffee and pastries were available when I checked out early. Freshly made eggs were available upon request during breakfast, a nice addition.

The rooftop had a little swimming pool and friendly bar area. There are coffee making facilities available, though I needed capsules. The hotel offers a taxi from the airport.

The location worked perfect for a first or last night. It is close to some meeting locations. A Tex Mex sports bar is in the precinct opposite the hotel, a plus.
