the location was convenient. it was easy to access transportation and nearby attractions. i found the breakfast service quite good. the staff was also helpful.
my room felt somewhat outdated. the light switches was to be of low quality. i noticed issues with the shower door because it didn't close properly. there was also insufficient water pressure in the shower.

The rooms are very clean. I used the gym and pool daily. The breakfast buffet offered a wide food selection. The staff are helpful and friendly, giving good tips about the local area.
The superior room had nowhere to hang clothes.

The staff were courteous and helpful with arranging taxis. The concierge team provided helpful information about the city. The staff was very kind and opened the door every time i entered.
