i stayed at this hotel and enjoyed the breakfast. the breakfast includes many options and the staff are very helpful. the gym features sufficient equipment and a nice jacuzzi sits in our terrace room. the rooms and bathroom are clean and spacious.

The hotel offered a complimentary tuk-tuk service to the nearby train station. The room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. I appreciated the hotel's modern decor and abundant greenery.
The gym equipment selection was somewhat limited.

the hotel entrance seemed dark and a bit grim. the road leading to it can be confusing. i noticed poor sound insulation between rooms.

the breakfast had a great spread and lots of choice. i loved the tropical fruits that were on offer.
the rooms themselves got lots of problems and they might need maintenance. i stayed in three different room types. two of them need maintenance.

The room had a noticeable musty odor upon arrival. It was unpleasant. the air conditioning unit was quite noisy, difficult to sleep comfortably. the breakfast croissants tasted stale, a letdown for a hotel of this supposed caliber. i also had to call twice each time i wanted room service, the staff were not that efficient.
