helpful staff gym equipment clean bathroom
i stayed at this hotel and enjoyed the breakfast. the breakfast includes many options and the staff are very helpful. the gym features sufficient equipment and a nice jacuzzi sits in our terrace room. the rooms and bathroom are clean and spacious.

The hotel offered a complimentary tuk-tuk service to the nearby train station. The room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. I appreciated the hotel's modern decor and abundant greenery.
The gym equipment selection was somewhat limited.

overall a pleasant stay
serene restaurant friendly staff respectful staff dark entrance confusing road poor sound insulation
the hotel design included many plants. it made the bar and restaurant very serene. the staff members were very friendly and respectful.
the hotel entrance seemed dark and a bit grim. the road leading to it can be confusing. i noticed poor sound insulation between rooms.

tropical fruits great spread room maintenance different room
the breakfast had a great spread and lots of choice. i loved the tropical fruits that were on offer.
the rooms themselves got lots of problems and they might need maintenance. i stayed in three different room types. two of them need maintenance.

adequate stay with minor issues
musty odor noisy air-conditioning
The room had a noticeable musty odor upon arrival. It was unpleasant. the air conditioning unit was quite noisy, difficult to sleep comfortably. the breakfast croissants tasted stale, a letdown for a hotel of this supposed caliber. i also had to call twice each time i wanted room service, the staff were not that efficient.
