my room included a safe for valuables and effective blackout curtains. the breakfast had a wide selection (especially the fresh fruit!).
the elevator was quite small, so luggage required multiple trips.

really good care easy access beautiful decor
the staff demonstrated an really good level of care. they were attentive to all my needs and ensured my stay was comfortable. the location provided easy access to many prominent sights. i found the decor beautiful. and felt secure during my entire stay.
i encountered some street noise from nearby restaurants. this noise somewhat impacted my sleep. perhaps better soundproofing could alleviate this issue. it was noticeable during the late evening hours.

Romantic Hideaway with Bosphorus Views
rooftop breakfast amazing views
The hotel's rooftop breakfast offered amazing views. I saw the Bosphorus every morning. The hotel location was perfect. It was very close to the main historical places, so I walked easily. Diva from Guest Relations brought such warmth. Her professionalism.
The mattress in my room felt soft and old. It affected my sleep each night. The pillows felt hard also. I felt restless and had some discomfort.

The breakfast buffet provided many options. I enjoyed the variety. The rooftop restaurant included amazing views. It overlooks the Bosphorus and Hagia Sophia, so the mornings became beautiful.

a sultan's delight!
great location huge variety special day
the location was unbeatable, just steps away from major sights. the breakfast buffet offered a huge variety, including gluten-free options, a HUGE plus. i even got a complimentary birthday cake. The staff really made my day extra special!
the air conditioning in my room wasn't working as well as i'd hoped. it was a bit warm, slightly uncomfortable to sleep at times. it would be amazing if they could improve the ac.
