I loved the staff. They were super helpful! they addressed our requests immediately. the breakfast was served with a big smile. I loved that!
The rate felt high at 296 pounds per night with no meals included. i stayed for three nights. the hotel seemed old, and the room had issues. The toilet was old and not working well. hot water was hard to adjust, too!

the breakfast was good with a lot of choice
the air conditioning did not work at all i had to open a window the first night i asked reception to fix the problem no one ever came i asked again the next day but again nothing happened i found this frustrating.
