spacious suite free laundry
I was impressed by the suite's size. It included a kitchenette. The free laundry on the third floor was also convenient. This allowed me to pack clean clothes for the journey home.

spacious room minimal aesthetic excellent pastry
I appreciated the very spacious room and bathroom. All the amenities I needed were in the room! The bed and pillows were comfortable. I also found the minimal aesthetic in decorations beautiful. Breakfast had variety. Pastries were excellent.

The staff were polite! They were always ready to assist guests with directions and recommendations. The reception area was clean and well kept. Staff responded quickly to requests and addressed concerns promptly.

location was very convenient, close to Rainbow Street and also the roman theater. the rooftop pool offered fine city views. I liked the free laundry service very much. customer service WAS good too.

some ISSUES with dining and heating
cold food overheated apartment
i stayed for several nights. the food at the restaurant was not good. the food i ordered was barely warm. also, the apartment was overheated and uncomfortably hot at night. I was told to turn off the AC because the central heating system had already been set to a specific temperature, and nothing could be adjusted. this was quite FRUSTRATING.

charmed stay in a beautiful suite
superior suite bathroom robe helpful laundry
we stayed in a two-bedroom superior suite, and it was so nice. the suite had two bathrooms plus a kitchenette. robes and slippers were available. the free laundry on the 3rd floor was very helpful for us.
i ordered water twice, but the second time, the reception staff did not respond. i ended up needing to purchase it outside the hotel.

the staff during breakfast are great, always greeting guests. room service was quick, the food arrived fast. the reception staff even offered a slightly cheaper rate due to flight cancellations.
