i did expect more from this hotel. the breakfast buffet lacked variety. it mostly had the same dishes everyday. also, the room cleaning was inconsistent. sometimes they forgot to replenish toiletries. other times they didn't vacuum the carpet thoroughly. these small details affected the overall experience.

Excellent Stay Close to the Mosque!

I appreciated the polite and professional staff at the reception! They were cute and tried their best to assist with all my needs. The hotel's location is excellent. It is close to the Prophet's Mosque. I also found the hotel to be very clean and well-organized, which contributed to a comfortable experience.
I noticed some noise from outside due to old windows, and ventilation. This made it a little difficult to sleep during the night.

The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options. The omelette station was a highlight! I found many delicious dishes, and the staff was very helpful with requests. Service was prompt.

The service was superb, and everyone treated me with kindness. The breakfast had numerous choices, so I always found something I liked.

the location was convenient for accessing the mosque.
The noise levels were unacceptable. I could hear everything from neighboring rooms and children running in the hallway. the front desk staff had attitude problems and insisted on a 4pm check-in, even though the hotel seemed empty. i also could not get any lunch because the hotel claimed there were not enough guests to justify opening the restaurant!!!

The location is wonderfully close to the Holy Mosque, a mere two-minute walk. The breakfast offered numerous options. My room was good.
I noticed the rooms could use updates because they appear somewhat old and worn. Some improvements are needed. The cost for my room was rather expensive.
